Means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Orders, Events and Account Usage
Access to events, catalogues, pricing, schemes and outstanding details is granted only to authenticated partners and is specific to the event or session You are enrolled in.
Orders placed through the Service are subject to review and confirmation. Prices, stock availability and schemes displayed may be updated at any time and are governed by the terms communicated for the relevant event.
You are responsible for safeguarding any QR code, access code, or credentials issued to You and for all activity that occurs under Your account.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
